We’d like to announce that have completed work on their fourth studio album “The Privateer”. The album contains 10 all original tracks, some of which people who have seen our stage show recently may be familiar with. Though there is a lot of nautically themed songs, most everything sits well within the subject matter that they are noted for; war, loss, depression, drinking and tragedy. This will be our second record to be distributed by East Grand Record Company, following
the successful 2013 release of “Have You Been Drinking?”.
The tracks are a great mix of our take on various styles of music, ranging from western, to pop, and not excluding our own brand of storytelling heavy folk tunes. One thing we have strayed from our regular formula on is the title track of the album, which is a 16 minute epic about a tragedy at sea, it’s like nothing we’ve done before, but sits very comfortably within out catalog.
The album release is planned for August 11, 2015 and we’ll begin presale on June 5th.
